Your personal data will be used by the Administrator to carry out the recruitment process, possible issue of a referral for preliminary medical examinations required by law and preparation of employment documents, in particular employment contracts. The data provided voluntarily by you are used to contact you for purposes related to recruitment.
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data concerning your name, surname, date of birth, place of residence, education and the course of your professional career to date are the provisions of law (including Article 221 §1 of the Labor Code). The basis for the processing of other data provided in the application documents is your consent, expressed by providing this information.
Personal data provided by you for the purposes of the recruitment procedure will be made available only to persons directly involved with the Administrator in the recruitment process and persons from the HR unit.
The personal data provided by you will be at the Administrator's disposal for a period of 6 months, after which they will be permanently deleted, unless an agreement is concluded between you and the Administrator. In this case, your personal data provided in this Questionnaire is processed in connection with employment. In addition, you will be asked to consent to the processing of this personal data for employment purposes.
At any time, you have the right to access your personal data and rectify it, delete it, limit its processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object and the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data. Withdrawn consent at any time does not affect the lawfulness of data processing, which was made on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you feel that the processing of your personal data in the scope of this consent violates the provisions of the GDPR.
Your provision of your personal data for the purposes of recruitment is voluntary, however, failure to provide the Administrator with your personal data will result in your candidacy not being taken into account in the recruitment process.
